Giving your all up to the Universe is the way to go, but sometimes you need to take matters into your own hands and create a #GamePlan. When we notice things aren’t working out they way we had wished them to it’s time for us to intervene and get what we are looking for… It can be frustrating, annoying, un encouraging, and hard to handle when we are stagnant and not progressing, believe me I’ve been there and have done that so I get it,. So it’s in times like these that they call for a game plan.

It’s not that we are working against the Universe, it’s that we are working hand in hand with it to help speed up the process, nothing like putting in a little elbow grease, am I right?! 😉 Doing this will also help us feel more attached to what it is we are working towards, and makes it a little more personal.

Game-Plan2And here’s how it’s done.

The first things first is to establish exactly what it is you desire, aka, what you want to accomplish or achieve. Think of it as the main reason you are creating your game plan, so you really want to be specific in order to kick it into action. Once you have established that, I encourage you to right it down somewhere and keep it in a place you can see it often. You could hang a piece of paper onto your mirror, create a note on your laptop, or make it all cute and artsy and hang it up in your room. The key here is to keep it in sight and in mind.

After you have accomplished that, the next step to to create a list of ways you can move forwards towards your desire(s). They can be anything really broad, or very specific. Think of it in all aspects of your life- it could be anything as specific as meditating for ten minutes a day, to as broad as choosing to live through love. This lis can be five things lone or twenty things long, just tailor it towards you and what it is that you want! Some things will require more work than others but that’s okay! Your goal is to just keep moving forwards until you can accomplish it.

Once you have compiled your list, the next thing to establish is a time limit. Now this time limit should be realistic and attainable, something you can manage without putting too much stress on you. The bigger the goal, the longer it will take, realistically, and vice versa. For instance, if your want to become a doctor, that will take a significant more amount of time than wanting to attract a relationship into your life- get the picture? So create a time line that you think is manageable and then find out where the half way make is. Put that half way point into you calendar, as a reminder on your phone, or something, so that way you can check in and see how you are doing. It serves as a good self check point will help you stay on track.

Game-Plan3And finally, once all that is set in stone, kick it into gear and start going! The time is now to start working towards your desire(s). There is no need to wait until tomorrow, the new year, or six months from now, this is your time so don’t waste it! And plus, if you start now, that means you are already one day closer to it, so that’s pretty cool right?!

Remember, we are still working with the Universe hand in hand, so keep that in mind. Just know that you are never alone and never have to accomplish anything on your own, we are all here for each other so ask for help when you need it!
