Nontoxic Beauty

Processed with VSCO with f2 preset

I am very passionate about going green, eating organic, reducing waste and so on.. but one thing that I have recently switched over from conventional to natural was my beauty routine, and man! has it made the biggest difference to my skin! I am now using completely natural products, everything from my face wash, to my mascara, it’s all natural and I love it!

A little back story to begin with, in August I was on a mission to clear my skin and get it under control. I was willing to try almost anything, and then, my friend suggested I change up my makeup and go nontoxic, and I said okay!

Before I made the switch, I did a lot of research and found the most interesting, and kind of disturbing, information in regards to make up and what it is we are actually putting on our skin. I’ll share some info below:

  • In one year, on average, we absorb over 7 pounds of toxins through our skin. Think conventional body wash, lotion, scented oils, hairspray, nail polish and so on…
  • 85-95% of all cancers can be traced to diet and chemical exposure through the air and contact through skin.
  • It’s estimated that we apply over 100 chemicals to ourselves daily if using conventional products.
  • Hormones can be tampered with, with the use of synthetic dyes, scents, phthalates and other chemicals. Causing reproductive issues, hormone imbalances and breast cancer.
  • Our skin absorbs everything that we put onto it, and it gets absorbed into our blood stream.

For more information and to read it yourself, I found this information here and here.

I strongly encourage you to do some research of your own, don’t just take my word for it. Learn about it, look into it and find out for yourself!

Some great books on this topic are: Eat Pretty, by Jolene Heart, Women Code, by Alisa Vitti, and Goop Clean Beauty, by the editors of Goop.

A great app that I use daily to see how safe products are is, Think Dirt, and it’s free!

Finding all this information out was enough for me to make the switch and go completely all natural. I chose to do this all in one go, but if you wanted to, you could gradually switch out one item at a time and work your way up to an all natural beauty routine.

The makeup products that I have found and have fallen in love with are from the brand RMS Beauty. It is an all natural line that uses cold pressed organic raw virgin coconut oil for the base in most of its products, is free from harmful chemicals, and actually helps improve your skin.

The products have intact elements from the coconut oil such as: vitamin E, enzymes, and antioxidants. What this means is that using these products help clear skin, rewind aging skin, and give the overall look and feel of healthier skin. There is also live lauric acid which is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-microbial, leading to even more healthier and hydrated skin.

All products are also certified organic, non GMO, nano free, and non comedogenic meaning they won’t cause breakouts, rashes, or dehydration. They are also gluten and soy free. So, as you can see, this is brand has a high quality standard and is by far the cleanest I have found.

After using these products for over six months, I have noticed major improvements in my overall skin complexion. My skin looks more plump, hydrated, smooth, even, and is almost completely blemish free!

The products that I have from RMS and stand by are: “Un”cover-up, Lips2cheeck and Master Mixer. I use these products daily and they have lasted me for this whole time! I love them so much and look forward to using them daily!

Here is my routine and how I use my RMS products:

After I wash my face and apply my face oil, I first apply the “Un” cover-up in the shade 22 to my whole face and under eyes using my middle or ring finger. For me, this works as my foundation and cover up in one. I find it to apply very smooth and even. It also gives me a nice and dewy look. If you don’t prefer this look, then I would recommend applying a power on top to take away some shine.

Next, I apply the Lips2Cheek in the shade Modest to my cheek bones and onto my lips with my ring finger. It gives me a nice flushed look without being too major. I have found that a little goes a long ways and your really needs to blend it in to make it look its best.

Then, I apply the Master Mixer onto my eyelids for a little pop using my ring finger. And sometimes, if I am really feeling it, I’ll apply it as a highlighter to my cheekbones and cupid’s bow.

Finally, I’ll apply my eyeliner in the shade black from W3ll People, a few coats of mascara from Pacifica, fill in my eyebrows with a brown pencil from Zuii’s, and I am good to go!

Processed with VSCO with f2 preset

This whole process take me 10-15 minutes max, and is so easy to do! I am by no means a beauty guru, but I am passionate about living a healthier life style. I also just wanted to share my favorite products with you and show what I do.

Let me know what you think, and if you want to see my other natural products I use daily!

How do you live consciously? Do you already use green products?

As awlays,

Have a great day!

Judgment and how to detox from it

Judgment Detox

A few days ago Gabby Bernstein came out with a brand spanking NEW book, Judgment Detox. And you better believe I preordered this book months ago, and have been counting down the days ever since… the excitement was SO real.

If you haven’t heard of Gabby before, she is my all time idol. She is #SpiritualGoals and the writer of The Universe Has Your Back and many other books as well.

When I first read The Universe Has Your Back I was obsessed with it, and I still am! I have read it now three times, cover to cove no doubt, and I have a feeling this book will be no different. 😉

With this book being new, I have only read a little bit of it so far, but I have already learned SO much! In the first few pages I learned that we do indeed need judgment in our lives. We need judgment to determine when things are good or bad, and we need it to strengthen our intuition. We can never rid ourselves from it completely, but we can eliminate the negative judgment that takes us away from our center of love. I also learned that when we judge others and gossip about it with our friends, it gives us a little “high” and feeling of euphoria, making it an addictive habit and hard to break. It also makes us feel closer and more connected to the people we are sharing the gossip with, further encouraging the judgment cycle… So we need to make a change and detox from the negative judgment that is not serving us, and others in a positive way.

Judgment Detox3When trying to rid ourselves from judgment, the first thing we need to do is address ourselves. We need to get real and honest with ourselves and find what makes our judgment trigger and how we project that judgment either onto ourselves or others. After that is found, we also need to stop judging ourselves for how we judge. Yes, we need to confront the issue and get it to a point of freedom, but it all begins with being easy on ourselves and not getting mad about the little thoughts that pop into our heads. Progress is key, and anytime we judge ourselves we are taking two steps back.

So be easy on yourself, and learn to enjoy the process.

One exercise that Gabby had us do in the book, Judgment Detox, was to create a judgment list. On this list she had us to include “what and who am I judging”. Now this could be a certain type of person, event, or anything that gets your judgment going… whatever you feel needs to be on there, add it. Then, the next step is to write down how that judgment makes us feel, good or bad- and be honest with yourself because you’re the only one writing here, so no one will see it. After that, write down why you feel it’s okay to justify that judgment, again, be real and honest. And finally, write down what triggered you to have that judgment during your life time. In total, Gabby suggested to write down a list of 15, but I think it’s okay if you do more or less because this is your own list and you can customize it to how you see fit. You can also add to it when you find yourself thinking about another judgment that is not already on your list if you want.

Judgment Detox2

After creating this list, you are suppose to look back on it and see if there is a pattern or theme that triggers you judgment. If so, you are suppose to acknowledge it and be more mindful of how you react next time, but remember, don’t start judging yourself for how you judge. We are all human and have our own judgments, so it’s okay. The point of this list is to show us how much we judge without even knowing it, and it;s suppose to help guide us back into a state of mindfulness.

This is just one of the first exercises in the book that I had to share becasue my excitement is so high. I hope it helped you and that you are on your path to ridding your own judgment. If I find any other exercises throughout the book that are worth sharing, I’ll be sure to share them here.

How are you triggered by your judgment? Do you have any patterns? How do you plan to detox from it?

Until next time,

Have a great day!

January and 2018 Intentions

2018 and Jan Intentions

I have never been a big fan of New Year’s resolutions. They always seem to have too much hype and not enough support. They can kind of be impractical to hold all year long… We get excited to create them, only to forget about them a few weeks later when something else captures our attention. Then, when we stray from them, we get upset with ourselves for not following through and sticking to our plan. And really, the excitement dies down after the first month of the year…

But, by setting intentions for the year and at the beginning of each month, it helps us stay fresh and up to date with ourselves and our goals. It helps us focus more on the here and now, rather than what we’ll being doing for the next twelve months. Intentions are about enjoying the journey and staying mindful of what it is you want. There isn’t a timeline to follow, a deadline to meet, or impractical goal with the wrong idea.

Intentions are meant to help us be in the present while we aim for our future.

Last month my December intention was to focuses on intentional living. I would like to say I lived in that intention all month long and did my best to enjoy the process, but I didn’t. Things happen and it’s okay! I didn’t focus on it every day, but the majority of the days I did, and that’s what it’s all about. Our intentions aren’t meant for us to obsess or worry over, they are meant to be naturally incorporated into our everyday lives.

So, I am encouraging you to write down what you want your intention(s) for 2018 and January to be and incorporate them, organically, into your everyday life.

I am dedicating the year of 2018 to the intention of love. I want to surround myself with love, be with the people I love, do things I love, see people through the eyes of love, spread love, and find love.

This is going to be the year of love.

I already have these aspects of love in my life, but this year, I want to amplify it even more! So, I am setting the intention of love for the next twelve months (and beyond, because let’s be real, who doesn’t love love?!) and I am SO excited to see what happens and how my life with evolve moving forward. I guess we’ll have to wait and see 🙂

For January, I am setting the intention of welcoming newness into my life.

I want to welcome new experiences, new opportunities, new people, and the new year into my life with the biggest open arms ever! With it being the beginning of the year, and me starting new classes at school, there will be some change, and I want to welcome that change. I want to say “yes” to more people, and more things and experience life more.

This is going to be the month of welcoming.

I, and I think all of us, can easily become stuck in our ways and daily routines that we forget there is more out there. We kind of just get stuck in our little bubbles and overlook what’s on the other side. So, I want to challenge myself, and maybe you?!, to get really uncomfortable and break that up with some fun and refreshing newness. A new class, a new friend, a new experience, a new anything really!

I am SO beyond excited to see what 2018 and January has in store for all of us! I just know it is going to be a fantastic year and month! I can feel it, trust me! 😉

What are your January intentions? Have you ever successfully finished a New Years resolution list? How are you going to grow in 2018?

Have a great day!

P.S. in the picture above is my bestie Liz, check out her blog Remarkably Chic here!

December Intentions- Intentional Living

December-intentionsHappy December everyone!🎄

I hope that this last month of the year bring you time to reflect and set some intentions. With the new year coming up so soon and new years resolutions to follow, to only be forgotten two weeks later. Rather than waiting until the new year to make “resolutions” start now- and make them as often as you see fit! Self improvement should never be on a time restraint, we should all be striding to live our best lives each and every day!

One thing I do to continuously keep me inline with the person I want to become is at the beginning of each month, I like to set specific intentions and focus on them all month long. I write them out on a piece of paper and make them look all cute. I’ll hang it in my room and also take a picture and ave it as my phone scree saver. But anyway you feel best fits you will work great!

I start by looking back on the past month and notice things that I would like to see shift and all throughout the month I try to make that happen. Typically, I will have four to five intentions, some change and some carry over, depending on how I see fit. For me, this is a way to be truly present in each and every thing I do. I helps remind me of my “whys”. Like why I am doing what I am doing and why I am working towards the specific goals that I am. More than anything, it helps me be intentional.

This month I wanted to share one of my intentions with all of your becasue I thought it would be a great way for you to get inspired and start making your own monthly, quarterly, or yearly intentions. I recognized that once I started practicing this I started living in my life more, rather than just existing in it, and I wanted to let you all in on my little secrete 😉

One intention I set for myself for the month of December is, “slow the heck down and enjoy life. Be more present.” Yes, you read that right. I want to be even more present than I already am and I want to enjoy my life on an even deeper level! If this is me and my life than I want to slow down and actually have free-time. I want to use my free time for a little R&R so when I get to spend time surrounded with the people I love I will be more alive and awake! I’ll truly enjoy their presence and be with them in that moment. And if you think taking time for yourself, and by yourself is selfish, please change the way you are viewing it. We all need to take time for ourselves so we can take care of ourselves and fully get the rest and restoration we rightfully, and sometimes desperately need.

For me and my free time this could look like: practicing yoga, reading, playing with my dogs, or simply watching a movie and going to bed early. For you this could look like: going to the gym, trying out a new recipe, or taking a bath. Anything that makes you happy and makes you feel good, go for it!

One reason I desired to make December the month of ~slowing down~, was because I recognized how fast I was running and in so many different directions. I realized that I don’t want to be one of those that respond, “Oh I am SO busy” when someone asks me how I am. I want to respond with more meaning and passion than that, but “busy” has become the norm and, truly, this could be seen as an epidemic 😉

Another reason, I was watching a Gabby Bernstein video (because duh ;)) and she said, “You’ll start to speed up, once you slow down.” and that hit me hard, like really hard. What Gabby meant by this is, the things in our live that we are trying to attract and manifest will come more naturally and quickly once we start to slow down and put more focus and attention onto them. Once we have time for them to come into our lives, they will come. For example, if your dream is to own your own business but you are too busy with twenty other things on your daily plate, you’ll never attract and start that business you’ve been dreaming up in your head. However, once you start to hone in and set your intentions and create time for you to give it all your attention and focus, you will start to create your wildest dreams into your reality. So go for it!

Take time today to set some intentions for yourself for the month of December. Just try it out and see how it feels. At the end of the month you notice and difference, or if not, it’s great either way. Just know that this is the life you have and try to live it with your own intentions!

How will you start to live more intentionally? How can you incorporate these into your everyday life?

As always,

Have a great day!

Take it Easy

Take it easy, slow down, and enjoy life.

Life is meant to be enjoyed and walked through, not sprinted through like a race. We are meant to savor our down time by relaxing, doing something we love and showering ourselves in self care. In a perfect world, we would all set aside time each and everyday for ourselves to relax and wind down, but now, our version of relaxing is scrolling through out phones for ten minutes before bed- so relaxing, right?!;) The majority of us got in this habit of trying to fill every waking hour with work, friends, hobbies, and other little tasks, that we have forgotten about ourselves! This is this sigma no, that is you aren’t doing something productive, you’re doing something wrong- but in reality, it’s more than okay to do nothing at all every once in a while!

We are almost to the point where we fell uncomfortable in our alone time. We fear the silence, we fear the boardem, and we fear not knowing what to do with ourselves. We no longer know how to just “chill” and have a quite night in, rather we are more use to, and comfortable with, doing a million things and running a mile a minute. It’s like we are trying to fill a void in our lives that’s really not there.

It seams like we are all in competition with each other as to who can do the most, in the shortest about of time. I mean when was the last time you asked, “How are you?” and they didn’t say, “Oh, I am so busy”, or, “I just have so much going on”. If you can think of a time I am surprised and I applaud that person, because I can’t, and truly, I am a victim of this myself.

Whatever happened to the days were life was enjoyed and lived in rather than just skimmed on the top?! And I get it, some people don’t have the luxury to just slow down and take a day off, but that’s not the point. The point is, if you don’t have one hour a few days a week to yourself, then you might burn out one day soon- and that is one thing we all want to avoid.

The beautiful thing with down time is that you can actually have time to learn about and discover yourself. You can actually dream about your dreams, think about your future, take a nap, reconnect with your family, and cuddle your pets. It allows you to be present and live in the moment. We start to associate more meaning and value to life, rather than just working crazy long hours and always being busy.

Mindfulness is key to living a happy and centered life, and isn’t that something we should all desire?! Take time and notice the crazy fast pace you are living your life( if you do), and decide to make a shift if you need to. Your happiness, health, and wellbeing are way more important than the 50 activities on your daily agenda, so take time to honor yourself and slow down.

Find comfort in your downtime and beauty in your alone time. Dive deep and really get to know yourself. Take it easy and slow things down.

Do you ever take time for yourself? Do you catch yourself filling your days with a million things? How can you shift your life to become more centered?

As always,

Have a great day! (And remember to take it easy ;))

Vision Board

Manifest your life and create your reality with a vision board! They are fun and easy to make and bring you to where you want to go.

If you are unfamiliar with the idea of a vision board allow me to explain… A vision board is quite simply, a board with all your visions on it. There are no limits as to what can, and can’t go on it. You can put anything on there from your dream home, to your dream job, but there is one thing is, aim for images/words that make you feel a particular way. If your dream job involves you feeling secure and valued, then put those word on your board, or an image that represents that. This way you will want to feel those feeling when you look at your board. You’ll want to attract those feelings into your life and keep them there.

The idea behind creating a vision board is that you are suppose to see it everyday and and do short visualization exercises. You are suppose to see it, think about it, and feel it. By doing this, you are allowing your visions to become your reality, naturally. You see the images and phrases and you want them to happen to you, so you start attracting and acquiring them into your life. You are putting your thoughts and feelings out into the universe and they start coming back to you.

Why it works- Visualizing is a great exercise for the brain because what we focus on, becomes. We create a positive energy towards these feelings and things, that we naturally attract them. You are sending signs out to the Universe and allowing it to take over.

Visualizing is nothing new, famous athletes, and even Oprah, have been using it to attract all their desires into their life. This stuff really works, and I suggest you try it out, fast!

This summer I created my own vision board and it was so fun to make! On it I have powerful words and affirmations, images of things I want to accomplish, and feelings I want to have. My board is sitting in my room where I can see it all the time. Every time I see it, I visualize it and feel it. I see my future and feel what it will be like. I feel the feelings I am attracting and I experience the emotions that come along with it.

I am creating my reality, and man oh man is it working! Just like I was saying last week in my manifestation post, the Universe is working real fast and in crazy, awesome ways! I totally believe that it will work out this way for you too, but only if you commit to it and visualize it!

If you haven’t created a vision board yet, take today to make one! Dream big and find the feelings you want to feel. Put your favorite pictures, magazine cut outs, words and affirmations on it. Design it to fit you and your style. Add some glitter if you want for a sparkly fun touch 😉

Have you made a vision board before? If so how? Did you find those things happening in your life? Do you want to create your own reality?

As always,

Have a great day!

Self Care

a8282621d4fe30717de5fab28975b7a3It only seems appropriate to talk about self care a few weeks after talking about self love.  🙂 Self care is exactly what it sounds like, it’s about taking care of yourself. It’s similar to self love but it’s going one step further. You could view it as showing and/or doing something for yourself that you love.

Self care is important because it keeps our energy and vibration high. It allows us to feel and do good. It helps keep us grounded and connected to what’s going on around us. But, if we don’t care for ourselves properly than we can’t fully care for others. A perfect example of this is in airplanes. They tell you to put on your own oxygen mask before you help others! It is so important that I’ll say it again, you need to care for yourself before you can care for others. A consequence if you don’t care for yourself is that you’ll be  running on low energy and out of balance, and this is something we want to avoid to be our happiest and healthiest selves!

With that said, self care should be looked at from several different angles such as: mind, body, and spirit. Think of them all as equals intertwined, you can’t have one without the other. If you think one is lacking in your life than I encourage you to try and strengthen it! Below I have an explanation and some examples for each 🙂

Caring for you mind means making sure you are mentally aware and conscious. You do things that make you think, learn, and grow. You could do this by reading a book, watching a documentary, talking to a friend about your thoughts and emotions, or even finding like minded people to talk and be creative with. Anything that sharpens and activates you mind will work wonders! Some great books to read can be found here, and some great documentaries to watch can be found here. Check them out and see if any interest you!

Moving on, caring for your body means treating it in the best way possible. You can do this by making sure you are properly nourished and hydrated. Fill your body with the best food you possibly can and drink your water! Have nourishing and mindful meals daily. Take your mealtimes to decompress and truly be present. Allow yourself to feel gratitude towards your food and everything around you. Put down your phone and be mindful while you eat. After making sure your body is fully charged, make sure to activate and engage it- get your sweat on! Aim for some type of movement every day. It can be little or big, just be sure to move. Some fun ways to get your body moving are going for a long walk or run, participating in yoga, spin, pilates, or playing a family game of baseball. The goal here is just to keep your body in the best condition you can, think of it as a temple and treat it that way too! 🙂

And finally, caring for your spirit. Remember, it is equally as important to care for your spirit as it is caring for you mind and body. I think this is a big one a lot of people miss because we tend to forget about it. Which is kind of a bummer because it allows us to connect with something bigger than ourselves, which can open so many doors. If you aren’t connected spiritually than you can be missing the bigger picture to life. Having this connection allows you to be present, grounded, focused, and you can allow yourself to give your all to the universe, expecting only the best in return. When you are connected spiritually you can grow and transform into the person you have always wanted to be. I think it’s something we can all work on, no matter how comfortable we feel with it. Some great ways to do this are by praying, meditating, having gratitude, reading, learning, and more. There is never too much that you can know, so go for it and learn as much as you can (or as much as you want to ;))! Some great teachers you can learn from are Tony Robbins and Gabby Bernstein . Even if you are totally disinterested in anything along these lines I highly suggest you learn more about it before you turn it down forever 🙂 You never know, you could become the next big guru ha;)

Mind, body, and spirit- they all come together to make us whole. If you aren’t practicing self care take today to start. Make it a goal to get all three in each and every day, even if it’s just in a small way. In order to respect yourself, you must care for and love yourself.

Do you practice proper self care? If so, do you have a weak and/or strong point? how can you improve it?

Take today to truly care for yourself, and have a great day!

Peanut Butter & Cacao Granola

Yay, it’s humpday! Today I am going to share with you a crazy good (and addictive) granola recipe! You’ll be surprised at how easy and fast this recipe is, I know I sure was!

One thing I love to do is cook/bake! I am almost always in the kitchen testing out new recipes and experimenting with new foods. For me, it’s something I enjoy and find so pleasurable. Every now and then my friends and I will even get together and try out new recipes- talk about major fun right there! Or, if I find something sooo good and absolutely love I’ll stop what I’m doing and text it to my friend right then and there (hey Miranda, that’s you ;))!

One way I find great recipes is by following food bloggers on Instagram, or, another is finding them in health food cookbooks. The recipe that I’m sharing with you today is adapted from Rachel Mansfield‘s blog, but of course, I put my own twist on it 😉 It’s chocolaty, peanut buttery, crunchy, and crazy good!

Granola is such a great thing because of how easy and versatile it is. You can have it for breakfast, as a snack, use it as a topping, or you know, use it to cure all other major problems… haha if only 😉 Okay, now onto the recipe…

What you’ll need:

Microwave safe bowl

Mixing bowl

8×10 pan

parchment paper

Ingredients you’ll need:

1/4 cup natural peanut butter, crunchy or smooth

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup maple syrup, or less if desired

1/2 tsp vanilla

2 tbs cacao powder

2 1/2 cups gf oats, or regular oats

1/2 c quinoa/ amaranth mix, or sub in more oats

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees, then line the 8x 10 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Place the cacao powder, oats and quinoa/ amaranth blend in the mixing bowl and set side.
  3. Place the coconut oil, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and then microwave for another 30 seconds. After, mix all the ingredients together and make sure the coconut oil is melted all the way through. Add the vanilla, stir, and then pour over the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl.
  4. Stir all ingredients together with the spatula and then pour onto the lined pan. Spread out the mixture evenly and pat down with the spatula. The thicker you have it patted down the more clusters/ chunks there will be- do so according to preference.
  5. Once done place in the oven for 15 minutes. After the 15 minute mark take out and stir. This helps ensure that it gets cooked all the way through. Place back in the oven for another 7-10 minutes and then take out.
  6. Once the granola has cooled you can place it in a container and store in the fridge for up to a week.

And there ya have it! A quick, simple, and easy recipe. You can now have this granola with almond milk, dairy-free yogurt, on top of oatmeal, or just grab a handful for a snack. Anyway you have it I’m sure you could do no wrong- enjoy!

And, as always, have a great day!!

Healthy Living

Loving and taking care of ourselves is sooo important. We always want to feel good in our own skin, and why shouldn’t we?! When we feel good in our skin it helps us feel more confident and strong. *insert arm flex emoji here* We need to create the best versions of ourselves to feel our best! We need to do this by fueling our bodies with good food and exercise! I am very passionate about healthy living and having a healthy lifestyle, (and I know that’s not the case for everyone ;)) I truly feel that with a healthy lifestyle anyone can be on top of their game.

Trust me when I say I love dessert just as much as the next person but it’s all about moderation. I know you’ve heard this a million times but it’s so true! We can’t expect ourselves to be on top of our game when we are fueling our bodies with the wrong kinds of foods! It is so important to eat a well balanced diet with lots of fruits and veggies, and an occasional dessert ;). With the right nutrients and vitamins our bodies can be at their very best!

Other than eating healthy we need to be working our bodies too! I find that too many people put their needs and health on the backseat burner, and that shouldn’t be the case. I know that it can be hard becasue people “lack time”, (I use the excuse every once in awhile too ;)) but really you don’t, you just need to find and make the time. If you truly want to feel your absolute best you’ll make the time. If you need to go earlier in the morning, later at night, in between classes, or whenever you have a few extra minutes. It doesn’t even have to be a crazy workout, you could just go for a walk round the block or stand at your desk. Anything to get your body up and moving is better than nothing!

I know some people need extra motivation or encouragement, and if that’s the case for you find a workout or encouragement buddy! Go to the gym with them or have them text you reminders to get up and get moving! I personally enjoy going to the gym with my mom or some friends. It helps make the experience more fun and enjoyable! So, if you haven’t done this before I suggest ya give it a go at least once! 🙂

Take today to nourish and fuel your body! Make today great and get moving!
